support since 1981.
Klafsun tanning beds are warranted by Klafsun
to be free from defects in material and
workmanship on the structure of the frame,
under normal use and service, for seven (7) years.
The warranty covers defective electrical and
fabricated parts for a period of twelve (12) months
from the date of purchase. This warranty shall be
limited to the repair, adjustment or replacement
of the affected part at a location designated
by Klafsun, to be defective in material or
workmanship. Electronic components are covered
for a period of twelve (12) months from the date
of purchase if prior approval has been obtained
from Klafsun. The service provider must first be
approved by Klafsun.
This warranty does not apply to the fluorescent
lamps, labels, starters, gas springs, or acrylics
provided with the units.
Any claims must be made in writing to Klafsun.
This warranty is valid only upon return
of the warranty card included with
each tanning bed purchased.
This limited warranty does not apply in the event
of abuse, mishandling, failure to follow installation
or operating instructions, or exposure of the unit
to abnormal temperature, dryness, humidity,
or sudden changes therein of.
Damage resulting from the purchaser's
negligence, failure to properly perform required
preventative maintenance, freight damage,
or use contrary to published instructions,
is specifically excluded from warranty coverage.
This warranty shall not extend to anyone other
than the original purchaser of the unit or the
person for whom the unit was purchased as a gift.
This warranty is not transferable
No implied warranty, including any warranty
of merchantability of fitness for a particular
purpose, applies to the unit after expiration
of the warranty period. No other warranty
or guarantee except as mentioned herein,
given by any person, firm, or corporation
with respect to the unit is binding on Klafsun.
In no event will Klafsun be responsible for
incidental or consequential damage.
To include lost profits, lost sales, lost time,
lost use, or contingent liabilities or other
economic loss resulting from use of the unit.
All other warranties expressed or implied,
are hereby specifically excluded.
Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damage, or allow
limitations on implied warranties, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply.
The warranty gives you the specific rights,
and you may have other rights that vary
from state to state.
All warranty claims should be handled through
an authorized Klafsun dealer, distributor,
or service representative approved by Klafsun.
