I have been in the tanning industry for almost 18 years. I opened three salons in 1985 & 86. I used all Klafsun beds in these salons. I recently purchased five tanning beds from your company. I wanted to write and tell you what a pleasure it was having "Randy & Herschel" deliver and set this equipment up. I've Come in contact with many people in this industry over the years and I feel that these two men are two of the most efficient and friendly guys I've come in contact with. I feel they are a great asset to your company. I travel alot for the sun tanning association conducting training seminars for salon owners & operators, so I have heard many horrible stories regarding equipment delivery. Now these people will hear a different story from me. Thanks for sending these two men to do my delivery.

Many thanks to Randy and Herschel for their help and concerns in getting the new Galaxy and five Caliente's up and running At my tanning center in Willow St. Pa. Their patience, knowledge, and understanding for all they had to endure during the set up process was far beyond the call of duty! Three cheers for them even though they had to go through unbelievable circumstances to get these beds delivered and in Tip Top running condition. I am going to put 9 more Caliente's in next year and I am hoping you will send them back here again to do the installations. The customers are thrilled with the beds, Klafsun definitely has the best. I now have 50 beds and booths in my salons. This is a great business.
